3、etterperformanceofadsorptionanddisadsorptioneffectwasfoundout.Theantioxidantabilitiesoffigleaveswerealsodetected.AtlasttheprincipalcompoundsofsolutionsoffigleaveswasanalyzedandidentifiedbyHPLC-MS.THEresultswereasthefollowings:Firstofall,theultrasoundassistedextraction(U
4、AE)oftotalflavonoidfromtheleavesoffigwasstudiedinthispaper.Second,tostudythetechniqueenvironmentforseparatingandpurifyingthetotalflavonesfromtheleavesoffigbymacroreticularadsorbentswerestudied.Third,theabilitiesoftotalflavonoidoffigleavesonscavenginghydroxylradical(·OH)
5、,superoxideanionradicals(O2-·),andDPPHradicalsandreductioncapacityweredetected.Fourth,analyzedandidentifiedtheprincipalcompoundsinallofsolutionsoffigbyHPLC-MS.Theresultswereasthefollowings:1,Ultrasonicextractionprocessofthetotalflavoneswasoptimizedwithcentralcompositede
6、sign-responsesurfacemethodology.Inthisexperiment,thestudyfoundoptimalprocessofextractingtotalflavonoidfromfigleavesbyultrasonic.Inthemeanwhile,ittoldushowtoreusethefigleaves.Singlefactorexperimentswereinvestigated:ultrasonicextractiontime,ethanolconcentration,liquidextr
7、actionratethanthatoftheimpact.Then,responsesurfacemethodologydesignwasusedtodesignandevaluatetheexperiment.Practicalexamplesshowedthattheextractionratewas3.48%undertheoptimumextractingconditions:ethanol35.48%,ratioofsolidtoliquid(w∶v)1∶59,ultrasonicpower420W.2,Seventype
8、sofmacroporousadsorptionwereevaluatedforseparatingefficiencybymeasuringtheadsorptionratio,elutingratiooftotalf
