1、我国银行业实施赤道原则的现状、障碍及对策陈晨Thecurrentsituation，barrierandcountermeasureoftheimplementationoftheEquatorPrinciplesinChinesecommercialbanksChen,Chen2014年4月9日摘要商业银行作为我国金融体系的最重要组成部分，其对于我国经济发展尤其是可持续发展的重要性是毋庸置疑的。背负着环境和社会和谐发展的各种责任，商业银行在对各类项目进行融资支持的同时，不得不考虑这些项目对于社会各方面的影响。金融界提出“绿色金融”这一概念便是基于对可

2、持续发展的期望，其中的赤道原则便是绿色金融的具体措施之一。赤道原则也逐渐被金融业推崇为企业实践社会责任的惯例。但在当下来看，我国商业银行普遍推行赤道原则需要的准备期还很长，而且可配套的金融生态环境尚未完全建立，这样一来，我国商业银行耍顺利地实施赤道原则还需耍应对很多难题，相关准备工作需要加以完善。笔者将由绿色金融这一概念，逐步引入赤道原则的相关含义，并通过阐述赤道原则在我国银行业推行的现状综合分析论述赤道原则在我国商业银行推行所面临的主要障碍和相关对策。本文将着重以兴业银行为例来分析其推行赤道原则所进行的内部建设和进行项目融资的实践情况，最后就推行赤道
