1、探讨rhTPO与rhlL-11在急性髓系白血病化疗后血小板减少中的疗效1.福建医科大学附属闽东医院血液内科，福建宁德，355000；2.福建医科人学附属闽东医院药剂科，福建宁德，355000；2.福建医科火学附属闽东医院肾内科，福建宁德，355000［摘要］:目的：探讨rhTPO(重组人血小板生成素)与rhlL-11(重组人白细胞介素-11)在急性髓系白血病化疗后血小板减少屮的疗效；方法：为剔除由于不同化疗方案药物引起的骨髓抑制程度及恢复周期不同的影响，我们选取本院血液内科收治的急性髓系闩血病患者24例，随机平均分成2组，均给予标准的DA(3+7)方案化疗，化疗后观察组给予rhTPO促进
2、血小板生成，对照组给予rhlL-11促进血小板生成，观察两组患者化疗后骨髓抑制的血小板恢复时间。结论：使用rhTPO组的患者血小板恢复时间较rhlL-11明显缩短(P<0.05),不良反应轻，但由于rhTPO价格S贵，所以我们需根据患者经济条件等情况综合考虑而使用。［关键词］:rhTPO与rhlL-11、急性髓系白血病、血小板减少。ToexplorethetherapeuticeffectofrhTPOandrhlL-11inthetreatmentofthrombocytopeniacausedbychemotherapyofAML.ZOULiangliang'GUOguilan

7、恶性克隆性肿瘤，病情发展迅速，早期便可出现贫血、出血及感染等症状，不积极治疗短期内可死亡，因此一经确诊需积极干预，B前白血病的首步治疗主要为化疗，而骨髓抑制是化疗中常见的毒副反疲，且程度较严重，不仅延迟化疗周期，而且影响疗效，严重者尚可因各种并发症危及生命，因此早期恢复骨髓造血功能至关重要；为探索rhTPO与rhlL-11在急性髓系白血病化疗后骨髓抑制中升高血小板的疗效，选取我院部分患者做对比研宄，现将结果报道如下：1.资料与方法1
