1、康莱特联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床观1.贵州医科大学附属贵州省人民医院贵州贵阳550002；2.贵州省人民医院贵州贵阳550002【摘要】目的：探讨康莱特注射液联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效、毒副反应及耐受性。方法：107例lib〜IVa期宫颈癌初治患者采用随机法分为实验组和对照组，实验组：康莱特注射液200ml静滴dl-d2l4•图像引导调强放疗(IGRT)盆腔放疗+单药顺铂30mg/m2每周一次。对照组：IGRT盆腔放疗+单药顺铂30mg/m2每周一次。两组盆腔外照射剂量及后装剂量相同。

2、结果：两组近期有效率：实验组为89%,对照组为73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少及腹痛腹泻的发生率实验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在肝功能损害方面，实验组高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余毒副反应评价差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论：康莱特注射液联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效肯定、毒副反应较轻(肝功能损害除外)、病人耐受性好。【关键词】康莱特注射液；宫颈癌；同步放化疗；图像引导调强放疗；顺铂[Abstract]Obje
