1、持续封闭负压引流在骨科创伤中的临床疗效观高庆李华杨勇四川省郫县中医医院四川郫县611700【摘要】目的探讨持续封闭负压引流(vacuum—sealingdrainage,VSD)在骨科创伤中的临床疗效.方法选择我院2012年8月一2014年8月间收治的100例复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损及开放性骨折术后感染患者，按照不同的治疗方法，将其随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规创面处理方式，试验组患者给予VSD技术进行治疗，对两组患者创口植皮创面愈合率、愈合时间及植皮次数进行分析，并比较两组患者的临床总有效率.结
2、果试验组患者创口一次植皮创面愈合率为72%,其余均在二次植皮中愈合,而对照组患者一次植皮创面愈合率仅为44%，显著小于试验组(P<0.05),且对照组患者二次植皮中愈合15例，另有13例患者需要进行多次植皮;试验组患者创口愈合平均时间为(15.2±5.4)天，明显大于对照组的(23.4±7.2)天(卩<◦.05);试验组患者临床总有效率为100%，也明显大于对照组的78%(P<0.05).结论VSD技术治疗骨科创伤疗效确切，操作简便，可有效缩短皮肤缺损修复时间，同时减轻患者换药痛苦
