1、胶原蛋白水解制备多肽的研究摘要胶原蛋白,作为一种生物性高分子的物质,广泛存在于动物的细胞当中,为其提供营养,延缓衰老,扮演着一个不可或缺的角色。其应用领域包括生物医药材料,化妆品,研究用途,食品工业等。然而不是所有的胶原蛋白都是能被吸收,尤其是它的三股螺旋结构,使得转化吸收存在一定的难度。所以本文通过水解其制备多肽,可以提高胶原多肽的营养和生理功能。本文介绍了酸碱法以及酶法,通过对比,在不同的条件下找出最佳因素,并对其性能作黏度跟分子量的研究。关键词:胶原蛋白,多肽,水解,酶法IAbstractCollagen,asasubstan
