1、疾病编码的规范应用对DRGs的影响张雪飞化州市人民医院摘要：目的研宄疾病诊断相关分组（DRGs）过程中实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理的临床价值。方法选取80例2015年112月实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理前的出院患者作为对照组，另选取80例2016年f2月实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理后的出院患者作为观察组。对比两组疾病诊断相关分组过程中差错事件的发生情况、相关工作人员对两组管理模式的满意度、两组疾病诊断管理优良情况。结果观察组疾病诊断相关分组过程中差错事件发生率为2.5%，低于对照组的10.0%,差异具有统计

2、学意义（P〈0.05）。相关工作人员对观察组管理模式的满意度为96.25%,高于对照组的76.25%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组疾病诊断管理优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的76.25%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论疾病诊断相关分组过程中实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理，可以使病历管理工作更加科学，减少差错性事件，降低相关工作人员的工作量，提升其对管理模式的满意度。关键词：痰病诊断相关分组;新型疾病编码;效果;收稿日期：2017-09-01Impactofnormativeappli
