1、[摘要]肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种功能性肠病,其病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明。目前临床上的主要治疗原则仍是对症治疗。关于IBS动物模型的研宄有很多,最常用实验动物是大鼠与小鼠。模型构建方法较多,有物理化学刺激、心理应激、药物致泻、病原体感染、复合方法及其他方法等。观测指标包括一般情况、肠道敏感性测试、肠道转运功能、病理学检查、相关脑肠肽的检测等。现在的动物模型大多仅从病理生理机制中的某一方面着手,而IBS的发病机制复杂,诱发因素个体化、多样,因此目前的动物模型均具有不同程度的局限性,还需进一步研究。本文拟对IBS动物模型研究进展作一综述。[关键词]肠易激综合征;动物模型;建
