1、摘要伴随经济的快速发展，企业间的竞争也相应激烈，而人力资源在企业竞争中发挥核心作用。绩效考核作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分，能够有效提升企业人力资源管理水平，因此，越来越多的企业开始关注、重视并探索能够适应自身企业发展的绩效考核方法与体系，胜利采油厂作为发展较早的油田企业，在绩效考核方面更是需要进行积极探索。论文首先阐述进行绩效考核的研究背景与研究意义，然后通过分析国内外绩效考核研究现状与主要理论方法，为论文奠定理论基础。其次，对胜利采油厂及基层采油队的绩效考核现状进行分析，明确基层采油队员工绩效
