1、金陵科技学院学士学位论文摘要中国企业跨国并购风险管理案例研究摘要在世界经济一体化背景下，科技革命已成为现代经济增长的主要动力。自改革开放以来，我国在对外贸易、引进外资和国外先进技术等对外经济关系方面均有了较大的发展，对我国的经济建设起到了很大的促进作用。但随着我国改革开放的不断深入以及市场经济的进一步发展，这些局限于流通资金领域的对外经济交往已经不能适应或满足新形势下我国经济发展的实际需要。充分利用国际经济交往的有力条件和形式，来加速我国市场经济的有序发展，从而来缓解各方面的矛盾。跨国并购是对外直接投资的一种非常重要的方式，也成了很多企业获得国
