1、可乐定控释贴治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床研究作者：张红宇，林悦，刘美娜，邹小兵【关键词】可乐定控释贴;抽动障碍;儿童摘要］目的:探讨可乐定控释贴治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法:92例TICS患儿随机分为研究组25例（予可乐定控释贴治疗）、氟哌啶醇组38例（予氟哌啶醇治疗）和泰必利组29例（予泰必利治疗），采用耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表（YGTSS）评分并记录治疗中可能出现的不良反应，共治疗12周。结果:治疗第12周末研究组有效率为84.0%，氟哌啶醇组为68.4%，泰必利组为65.5%（P均>0.05）;不良反应较轻且发生率（16.0%）明显低于氟哌啶醇组（65.8%）（P<
