1、儿童紫癜性肾炎41例从“毒”论治研究作者：赵智强，耿珊珊，孙轶秋，郁晓维，韩新民【摘要】目的从“毒”探讨儿童紫癜性肾炎的发病机理及治疗，以探寻新的中医病因病机及治疗学理论。方法回顾江苏省中医院儿科2002-2006年41例儿童紫癜性肾炎住院病例，观察“毒”的临床表现，着重从处方药物组成着手，探讨相关治法。结果本病具有“毒”的致病特点与临床表现，“毒”的针对性治疗包括解毒（凉血化瘀解毒、活血解毒、清热解毒、祛风解毒、除湿解毒）、排毒（利尿泄毒、通腑泄浊）、抗毒（益气、养阴），其配伍多以凉血化瘀解毒为核
2、心。结论“毒”是本病的重要致病因素之一，从“毒”论治有重要的临床价值。【关键词】儿童紫癜性肾炎；毒邪；解毒；排毒；抗毒【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudythepathogenesisandtreatmentofHenoch-SchonleinpurpuraofchildrenfromtoxinandlookfornewtheoryofpathogenyandtherapeuticsinChinesemedicine.Itcanmaketreatmentbytheoryoftoxin
3、becomeanewwaytoimprovecurativeeffect,shortencourseofthediseaseandreducerecrudescence.MethodsWecollectedthepatientswhowereinhospitalofTCMinJiangsuProvincefrom2002to2006andestablishedstudyingstandards.Weobservedtherelationbetweensymptomandtoxininordertos
4、tudypathogenesisoftoxin.Weextractedprescriptionandsummedupdrugsincommonuseandrepresentativetherapeuticsofthat.Weanalyzedtheinternalprincipiumofthetherapeuticsinordertoseekapplyingofdetoxifcation,drainingtoxinandresistingtoxin.ResultsThediseasehasthecha
5、ractersandsymptomsoftoxin,andtoxinrunthoughallthecoursesofit.Toxinconsistsofinternaltoxinandexternaltoxin.Externaltoxinincludessix-eviltoxin,foodtoxin,insecttoxinandmedicinetoxin.Intertoxinincludesblood-blacktoxin,wettoxinandheattoxin.Toxinusuallycause
6、sthediseasealongwithwind,heat,blood-blackandwet.Thespecialtherapeuticsoftoxinincludesdetoxifcation,drainingtoxinandresistingtoxin.Thesemethodsarecoolingbloodanddetoxifcation,clearingheatanddetoxifcation,dispellingwindanddetoxification,diuresisanddetoxi
