3、atrol,andrutin.Optimalconditionswereoptimizedforseveralparameters,suchaspHandconcentrationofbuffersolution,separationvoltage,electrokineticinjectiontime,andUVdetectionwavelength.UsingaH3BO3-Na2B4O7buffer(40mmol/L,pH8.85),theanalyteswereseparatedwithin19minanddetectedat206n
4、m.Therelativestandarddeviationsofmigrationtimesineightinjectionswerebetween0.1%and0.3%,andthoseofthepeakareasrangedfrom3.0%to9.7%.Excellentlinearitywasobservedovertwoordersofmagnitude,withquantitationlimits(S/N=10)rangingfrom0.1g/mlto0.4g/mlforalltheelevenanalytes.Recoveri

6、学化学系加拿大渥太华ONK1S5B6)摘要使用毛细管电泳法(CE)检测蜂胶中11种黄酮类化合物金合欢素芹菜配基兰肉桂酸黄良姜精阿魏酸橙皮甙毛地黄黄酮柑桔黄素槲皮素白藜芦醇芦丁确定了一些试验参数的优化条件如pH缓冲溶液浓度分离电压进样时间以及UV检测器波长等用H3BO3-Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(40mmol/LpH8.85)在206nm波长条件下各分析物可在19min内测出相对标准偏差(RSD)8次进样的迁移时间为0.1%0.3%峰面积为3.0%9.7%各检测限(S/N=10)范围为0.10.4g/ml回收率为84%110%方法简单灵敏重现性
