2、iversityofEconomicsandBusiness,Beijing,China摘要钢铁行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，是我国制造业的命脉。钢铁行业作为供给侧改革的排头兵，其意义不仅局限于行业本身，而是关乎整个制造业供给侧改革的方向和信心。在我国钢铁产能严重过剩，产业集中度低，无序竞争激烈的大环境下，并购重组成为钢铁企业优化资源配置，实现高水平专业化发展，增强综合竞争力的一条重要途径。首先，本文从理论入手，简要介绍了并购重组的类型、并购重组的方式及效应，接着本文对宝钢武钢并购重组进行了背景分析，
3、然后从企业并购重组的视角介绍了宝钢武钢合并的合并过程、购买日的确定、合并具体方案等。其次，本文从“去产能”、“去杠杆”、“降成本”三个方面对宝钢武钢并购重组效应进行评价，除了通过与反映供给侧改革的指标进行评价，宝钢武钢并购重组效应也从盈利能力、偿债能力和营运能力进行了分析，通过分析，可以看出，宝钢武钢并购重组后，在盈利能力、营运能力方面取得了立竿见影的效果，但是偿债能力还没有得到较大提升。最后，本文为我国钢铁行业的并购重组提出建议，指出可以从企业角度和政府角度推动钢铁行业的并购重组，从而让钢铁行业并购重组
