1、脾脏多灶性微脓肿1例的手术配合作者：吴文静，吴成辉，黄琼坤，何福英【摘要】目的探讨脾脏多灶性微脓肿手术治疗的护理配合，增强与术者的手术配合，增加患者术中舒适度，减少并发症发病几率，及时发现病情变化。方法术前一天派专人参与术前讨论，熟悉患者情况，并于术前晚行术前访视，做好心理护理。术日晨专业护士担任巡回工作，与患者良好沟通，做好物品仪器、环境准备，妥善安置患者卧位，协助麻醉，术中严密监测病情变化，术毕送患者安全返回病房。器械护士了解患者病情，熟悉手术方案、方法及手术步骤，清楚手术器械摆放，清点数目。结果全身麻醉后开始手术，手术顺利，术中出血少，患者清醒快，醒后
