3、untoconvergesomewhatineconomicgrowth.Butoverthelast30years,ChinaundoubtlyhasdonemuchbetterthanIndia.OnesimpleanswerisChinahasShanghaiandIndiahasMumbai.LookattheskylineofShanghai,thisisthePudongarea.ThepictureonIndiaistheDharaviSlumofMumbaiinIndia.Theideatherebehi

4、ndthese2picturesisthattheChinesegovernmentcanactaboveruleoflaw.Itcanplanforthelong-termbenefitsofthecountryandintheprocessevictmillionsofpeople—thatisjustasmalltechnicalissue.WhereasinIndia,youcannotdothat.Becauseyouhavetolistentothepublic.Youarebeingconstrainedb
