2、两组在清扫淋巴结总数、清扫淋巴结阳性数方面的差异。结果中间入路组与侧方入路组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），中间入路组与侧方入路组在清扫淋巴结总数、清扫淋巴结阳性数方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中中间入路组清扫淋巴结总数、清扫淋巴结阳性数明显多于侧方入路组，淋巴结清扫更彻底。结论腹腔镜辅助右半结肠癌根治术经中间入路以及侧方入路均具有较好的手术疗效，两种不同入路在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间方面方面比较未见明显差异，但中间入路在淋巴结清扫方面具有显著优
