1、灯盏细辛抑制小鼠视网膜新生血管形成的实验研究医学l临床研究2007年3月第24卷第3期JClinRes,Mar~2007,!No灯盏细辛抑制小鼠视网膜新生血管形成的实验研究田或刘萍周昱李卓(中南大学湘雅二院眼科,湖南长沙410011)[摘要]【目的】探讨灯盏细辛(EBHM)对氧致视网膜病变(0IR)的疗效.【方法]36只C57BL/6J幼鼠随机分为A,B,C三组.A和C组制备0IR动物模型.A组腹腔注射灯盏细辛,小剂量10mg/0.2ml为AI组,大剂量20mg/0.2ml为AⅡ组.C组注射磷酸缓冲盐溶液(PBS).B组为正
2、常氧环境生长的对照组.幼鼠均行眼切片新生血管芽细胞核计数及视网膜铺片计分.【结果】B组眼切片新生血管芽细胞核计数及视网膜铺片计分与C组相比,差异显着(均P<O.01).灯盏细辛治疗后芽细胞核计数及视网膜铺片计分AⅡ组与C组相比均有明显差异(均P<O01),AI组与C组无明显差异(均P>0.05).【结论】氧能诱导幼鼠产生视网膜新生血管病变.大剂量灯盏细辛能促进视网膜新生血管部分萎缩,有效治疗0IR.[关键词]视网膜新生血管化;灯盏细辛;小鼠TheEffectofErigeronBreviscapus(van
