2、要:目的对不同炮制工艺的款冬花中的款冬酮的影响进行研究,优化款冬花的炮制工艺。方法通过正交试验方法,以款冬酮、醇溶性浸出物为考察指标,优选款冬花的炮制工艺。结果蜜炙款冬花最佳工艺为:加蜂蜜的量为30%,炒制时间为11min,闷润的时间为3h,甘草制款冬花最佳工艺为:甘草用量为6%,浸泡时间为14h,烘干温度为70℃。结论本实验工艺简单,稳定可行,材料易得,可用于款冬花的工业化生产。关键字:款冬花;款冬酮;炮制工艺;醇溶性浸出物Differentprocessingtechnologyontheresearchon

8、)是菊科植物的干燥花蕾。药材味清香,有苦味[1]。其主要产区为山西,河南,陕西,甘肃等地,是传统常用中药,具有止咳,润肺下气的功效,在《本经》中记载:对“寒束肺经之饮邪喘、嗽最宜”。气味温,润而不燥,则温热之邪,郁于肺经而不得疏泄者,亦能治之,故外感内伤、寒热虚实的咳嗽,皆可应用。特别是肺虚久咳不止,最为适用。款冬花中主要含有倍半萜,三萜,绿原酸,黄酮,生物碱,笨二甲酸酯
