1、StudyonCollegeStudents’LearningBurnoutWhenstudentshavenointerestsorlackinenthusiasmsforthelearningbutcannotbutdoit,theywillbesickofthelearning,andfeeltiredinbodyandmind,thatstateiscalledasthelearningburnout(Yang,2005,P.54-58).Generally,thelearningburnouthasfoll
2、owingcharacteristics.(1)Exhaustedemotion.Forthischaracteristic,studentsgenerallylackinenthusiasmsintheirlearning,andtheyfeelexhausted,nervous,andfrustrated,andtheycannotcentralizetheirattentionsonthelearning.Students’emotionisintheextremetiredness,andtheemotion
3、alresourceisexhausted,andthelearningenthusiasmisverylow.(2)Lackinginhumanization.Thatmeansstudentsoftentreatotherswiththebland,passive,andnegativeattitude,andtheycannottrustothers,andtheyareunbelievingandovercriticaltoothers.Theattackbehaviorisanextremerepresen
4、tationofthelearningburnout.Ontheonehand,students'attackbehaviorsincrease,andtheirhumanfrictionsincrease.Ontheotherhand,theywillaimatthemselvesandharmthemselves.(3)Lowachievability.Learningburnoutwillinducelowachievability.Studentswillundervaluetheirachievements
5、,andsomeofthemwillevennegatewhattheydid.Inrecentyears,manysurveysaboutcollegestudentsshowedthatthephenomenonoflearningburnoutincollegestudentswasserious.Forexample,ZhangShuetal’ssurveyabout438collegestudentsinInnerMongoliaMunicipalityindicatedthatcollegestudent
6、s'leveloflearningburnoutwashigher(Zhang,2009,P.140-142);LiWeiweietal'ssurveyabout340collegestudentsalsoshowedthatquietpartofcollegesstudentshadlearningburnout(Li,2007,P.19-21).Collegestudentsassumetheburdenofnationalbuilding,andtheexistenceoflearningburnoutwoul
7、dseriouslyinfluencethelearningandtheenhancementoflearningefficiency,whichgoesagainsttheaccomplishmentoftheteachingtaskofcollegeandtheimplementationoftheeducationaltarget,andblockscollegestudents’healthydevelopmentinbodyandmindatthesametime.Collegestudents’learn
