1、StudyonCollegeStudents’LearningBurnoutWhenstudentshavenointerestsorlackinenthusiasmsforthelearningbutcannotbutdoit,theywillbesickofthelearning,andfeeltiredinbodyandmind,thatstateiscalledasthelearningburnout(Yang,2005,P.54-58).Generally,thelearningburnouthasfollowingchara
2、cteristics.(1)Exhaustedemotion.Forthischaracteristic,studentsgenerallylackinenthusiasmsintheirlearning,andtheyfeelexhausted,nervous,andfrustrated,andtheycannotcentralizetheirattentionsonthelearning.Students’emotionisintheextremetiredness,andtheemotionalresourceisexhauste
3、d,andthelearningenthusiasmisverylow.(2)Lackinginhumanization.Thatmeansstudentsoftentreatotherswiththebland,passive,andnegativeattitude,andtheycannottrustothers,andtheyareunbelievingandovercriticaltoothers.Theattackbehaviorisanextremerepresentationofthelearningburnout.Ont
4、heonehand,students'attackbehaviorsincrease,andtheirhumanfrictionsincrease.Ontheotherhand,theywillaimatthemselvesandharmthemselves.(3)Lowachievability.Learningburnoutwillinducelowachievability.Studentswillundervaluetheirachievements,andsomeofthemwillevennegatewhattheydid.
5、Inrecentyears,manysurveysaboutcollegestudentsshowedthatthephenomenonoflearningburnoutincollegestudentswasserious.Forexample,ZhangShuetal’ssurveyabout438collegestudentsinInnerMongoliaMunicipalityindicatedthatcollegestudents'leveloflearningburnoutwashigher(Zhang,2009,P.140
6、-142);LiWeiweietal'ssurveyabout340collegestudentsalsoshowedthatquietpartofcollegesstudentshadlearningburnout(Li,2007,P.19-21).Collegestudentsassumetheburdenofnationalbuilding,andtheexistenceoflearningburnoutwouldseriouslyinfluencethelearningandtheenhancementoflearningeff
7、iciency,whichgoesagainsttheaccomplishmentoftheteachingtaskofcollegeandtheimplementationoftheeducationaltarget,andblockscollegestudents’healthydevelopmentinbodyandmindatthesametime.Collegestudents’learningburnoutmainlycomesfromfollowingcauses.Badsocialstyleandcultureareth
8、eimportantexteriorcausesofcollegestudents’learningburnout.Collegeisnotaclosedplaceallalong,andtheopenin
