2、·L脂肪多糖(IipopoIysaccharide,LPS)的混合组的培养inducedbyhumanHMGBl基分别培养THPI细胞0,2,4,6,8,I0,I2和24h,同上留BIELiang-feng,CHENGXiao-dong,SUMing-ouan,YUE取离心后的培养液上清,用双抗体夹心ELISA法测其上清中oiao-Hong,YUWen-Bin,HAOXiao-ke的TNF-!含量.结果:将HMGBI加入到单核细胞培养液中DepartmentofCIinicaILaboratories,XijingHos
3、pitaI,FourthMiIi-能明显刺激其TNF-!的分泌.在0.I~50mg·L-I范围内,taryMedicaIUniversity,Xi’an7I0033,ChinaHMGBI诱导THPI的TNF-!分泌增加,呈显著剂量依赖性关-I系,50mg·LHMGBI能明显诱导THPI细胞的凋亡;【Abstract】AIM:ToexplorethesecretionpatternofTNF-!HMGBI组和HMGBI与LPS的混合组THPI的TNF-!分泌在inhumanTHPIcellsinducedbyhumanHM

7、时间更长,可能作为潜在的晚期介质参与了脓毒症wereinducedbyHMGBIaloneormixedwithLPSinthepe-[I]-I的病理生理过程.鼠重组HMGBI能使人外周血riodof0~24h.50mg·LHMGBImarkedlyeffectedap-[2]单核细胞分泌促炎细胞因子TNF-!,但具体机制和optosisofTHPIcells.CONCLUSION:HumanHMGBIcan[3]markedlyinducethereleaseofTNF-!fromTHPIcellsand规律尚不明了.
