2、issignedbythetwopartiesforgoverningtherentofseveralvehiclesbytheLessortotheLessee.Pursuanttothiscontract,theserviceproviderundertakesthetransportationofCCECCMDRPemployee.1.2.InformationregardingtheconcernedrentedcarsModelPlateNumberAgreementPeriodRentalpriceperday(BeforeVAT)00-00-2014to00-00-2

3、01400-00-2014to00-00-2014ArticleTwoAgreementExtension2.1Bymutualunderstandingofthetwocontractingparties,thisagreementcouldbeextendedforfurtherperiod.Ashortamendmentmentioningthenewagreementdurationandsignedbybothpartieswouldthenofficialtheextensionofthisagreement.ArticleThreeRentandPayment3.1B

4、oththeLesseeandtheleaseragreedonadailyrentmentionedintheabovetableandthepaymentiswithoutfuel.ThepaymentwillbemadeonmonthlybasisaftertheleaserprovidedservicetotheLessee.ArticleFourParties’obligation4.1Lessor’sObligations4.1.1TheLessorwillputatthedisposaloftheLesseetheabovementionedvehicleingood

5、workingorderandinsafeconditiontogetherwithasuitablyqualifieddriver,thedesignateddriversneedstobeondutyfrom7:00amto18:30pm(frommorning1:00to12:30localtime).IftheDesignateddriverisabsentfromhisdutytheLessorwillpay2daysrentpenalty.4.1.2Theresponsibilityofmeetingalllegalrequirementsofthevehiclesis

6、thesoleresponsibilityoftheLessor.Thecostoflegalformalitieslike:Insurance,taxationandotherrelatedcostswillbemetbytheLessor.TheLessoragreedthatonlyauthorizedpersonnel,materials,goodsorotheritemsauthorizedbytheLesseewillbetransported.4.1.3TheLesseehastherighttodeductsameamountofmoneyfromthepaymen

7、tformisconductsuchastheftintheconstructionsitebytheoperatorassignedfromtheLessor.4.1.4IntheeventbreakingdowntheLessorshallmakeallnecessaryarrangementsforareplacementofanothervehicletobeusedbythelesseewhiletheleasedvehicleisbeingrepaired
