3、lpriceperday(BeforeVAT)00-00-2014to00-00-201400-00-2014to00-00-2014ArticleTwoAgreementExtension2.1Bymutualunderstandingofthetwocontractingparties,thisagreementcouldbeextendedforfurtherperiod.Ashortamendmentmentioningthenewagreementdurationandsignedbybothpartieswouldthenoff

4、icialtheextensionofthisagreement.ArticleThreeRentandPayment3.1BoththeLesseeandtheleaseragreedonadailyrentmentionedintheabovetableandthepaymentiswithoutfuel.ThepaymentwillbemadeonmonthlybasisaftertheleaserprovidedservicetotheLessee.ArticleFourParties’obligation4.1Lessor’sOb

5、ligations4.1.1TheLessorwillputatthedisposaloftheLesseetheabovementionedvehicleingoodworkingorderandinsafeconditiontogetherwithasuitablyqualifieddriver,thedesignateddriversneedstobeondutyfrom7:00amto18:30pm(frommorning1:00to12:30localtime).IftheDesignateddriverisabsentfromh

6、isdutytheLessorwillpay2daysrentpenalty.4.1.2TheresponsibilityofmeetingalllegalrequirementsofthevehiclesisthesoleresponsibilityoftheLessor.Thecostoflegalformalitieslike:Insurance,taxationandotherrelatedcostswillbemetbytheLessor.TheLessoragreedthatonlyauthorizedpersonnel,mat

7、erials,goodsorotheritemsauthorizedbytheLesseewillbetransported.4.1.3TheLesseehastherighttodeductsameamountofmoneyfromthepaymentformisconductsuchastheftintheconstructionsitebytheoperatorassignedfromtheLessor.4.1.4IntheeventbreakingdowntheLessorshallmakeallnecessaryarrangeme
