2、(“LESSEE”),havingaprincipalplaceofbusinessat_________(ADDRESS). LEASEOFEQUIPMENT.InaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement,LessorshallleasetoLessee,andLesseeshallleasefromLessor,thepersonalproperty,includingallsubstitutions,replacements,repairs,partsandattachments,improvementsanda

4、oritsassigneeshallatalltimesretainthefulllegaltitletotheEquipment,itbeingexpresslyagreedbybothpartiesthateachLeaseisanagreementofleaseonly. TERMOFLEASE.Theoriginalterm(the“ORIGINALTERM”)oftheEquipmentshallcommenceontheCommencementDateand,subjecttoSectionsandbelow,shallterminateonthedatespecifi
5、edintheLease.Notwithstandingtheforegoing,theOriginalTermfortheEquipmentshallautomaticallyextendforsuccessive30-dayperiodsafteritsexpiration(each,an“EXTENDEDTERM”)unlesseitherpartygivestheotherpartywrittennotice,atleastthirty(30)dayspriortotheexpirationoftheOriginalTermoranyExtendedTerm,asthecas
