1、设备租赁合同英文版 MASTERAGREEMENTTOLEASEEQUIPMENT THISMASTERAGREEMENTTOLEASEEQUIPMENT(this"Agreement")isenteredintoasof_________,_________,_________(M/D/Y)byandbetweenAAACORPORATION("LESSOR"),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat_________(ADDRESS)andBBB,INC.,a_________Corporation("LESSEE")
2、,havingaprincipalplaceofbusinessat_________(ADDRESS).I.THELEASE 1.1LEASEOFEQUIPMENT.InaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement,LessorshallleasetoLessee,andLesseeshallleasefromLessor,thepersonalproperty,includingallsubstitutions,replacements,repairs,partsandattachments,imp
3、rovementsandaccessionstheretoandtherein(the"EQUIPMENT"),describedintheleaseschedule(s)(each,a"LEASE")tobeenteredintofromtimetotimeintowhichthisAgreementisincorporated.EachLeaseshallconstituteaseparate,distinct,andindependentleaseandcontractualobligationofLessee.Lessororitsassigneesh
4、allatalltimesretainthefulllegaltitletotheEquipment,itbeingexpresslyagreedbybothpartiesthateachLeaseisanagreementofleaseonly. 1.2TERMOFLEASE.Theoriginalterm(the"ORIGINALTERM")oftheEquipmentshallcommenceontheCommencementDateand,subjecttoSections3.3and3.5below,shallterminateonthedates
5、pecifiedintheLease.Notwithstandingtheforegoing,theOriginalTermfortheEquipmentshallautomaticallyextendforsuccessive30-dayperiodsafteritsexpiration(each,an"EXTENDEDTERM")unlesseitherpartygivestheotherpartywrittennotice,atleastthirty(30)dayspriortotheexpirationoftheOriginalTermoranyExt
6、endedTerm,asthecasemaybe,ofitsintentnottosoextendtheapplicableLease.ExceptasspecificallyprovidedinthisSection1.2,noLeasemaybeterminatedbyLessororLessee,foranyreasonwhatsoever,priortotheendoftheOriginalTermoranyExtendedTerm(collectively,the"LEASETERM").Notwithstandinganyprovisiontoth
7、econtrarycontainedinthisAgreement,LesseeshallbedeemedtoaccepttheEquipmentontheCommencementDate(asspecifiedineachLease). 1.3RENTALPAYMENTS.LesseeshallpayLessorrent("RENT")fortheEquipmentintheamountsandatthetimesspecifiedintheLease.AllRentandotheramountspayablebyLesseetoLessorhereund
