3、destinedtodopoorly.highqualityteaching.ThatiswhyClassroomFirstplacestheteacheratthecentreofourimprovementefforts.IbelieveitisimportantforallteachersinourschoolstohaveaclearunderstandingoftheDepartment’spositioninrelationtoeffectiveteachingpractice.Ihopethisstate
4、mentwillstimulatediscussionatstaffmeetingsandprofessionaldevelopmentforums,andwillhelpteachersdeliverahighqualitycurriculumtotheirstudents.Theybelieveeverystudentiscapableofachievingsuccessatschoolandtheydoalltheycantofindwaysofmakingeachstudentsuccessful.Effecti
