3、onsoranyadviceonsuchissues;ⅱ.Upontheclient’srequest,PartyBshallparticipateincommercialnegotiations,inwhichClientisaparty,andbeconcernedwithdrafting,modification,reviewingandexaminationofthelegaldocumentssuchascontractsandagreementsorpreparinglegaldocume
4、ntsthatisneededinthe8negotiations;ⅲ.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessoperationoftheclient;ⅳ.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadministrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalegal
5、advisor,preventingornegatinglegalrisk；ⅴ.Helptosetupandorganizefilesoflegaldocumentsandalarmanylegalrisk;ⅵ.Renderlegalconsultancyforbusinessoperationandmanagementofclient;ⅶ.Participateinimportanteconomicactivitiesofclient,offeringallfollowupservicesifnec
6、essary;ⅷ.Providelegaldocumentssuchaslegalopinion,lawyer’sadvice,lawyer’stestimonyandlawyer’sletteretc;ⅸ.Credibilityinvestigationuponrequest:investigationontheentityqualification,businessregistration,legalstatus,trueidentity,background,statusquoofbusines
7、soperationandmanagementandassetsstatusofthecooperationpartnersandclientsofclient;ⅹ．UponClient’srequest,PartyBshouldresearch,gatherandexplainanyrelatedlaw,rules,andregulations,andprovidepracticaloperationalguidelinesfortheclients;xi.PartyBmaysign,sendand
