4、英文版whichClientisaparty,andbeconcernedwithdrafting,modification,reviewingandexaminationofthelegaldocumentssuchascontractsandagreementsorpreparinglegaldocumentsthatisneededinthenegotiations;ⅲ.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessoperationoftheclien
5、t;ⅳ.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadministrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalegaladvisor,preventingornegatinglegalrisk；ⅴ.Helptosetupandorganizefilesoflegaldocumentsandalarmanylegalrisk;ⅵ.Renderlegalco
