4、ontractsandagreementsorpreparinglegaldocumentsthatisneededinthenegotiations;ⅲ.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessoperationoftheclient;ⅳ.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadministrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalega
