3、rotectA'sinterestsvestedbylaw.ArticleIIPartyB'sscopeofresponsibilityi・AnswerquestionsonlegalissuesfromClientandgiveopinionsoranyadviceonsuchissues;ii.Upontheclient'srequest,PartyBshallparticipateincommercialnegotiations,inwhichClientisaparty,andbeconcernedwithdrafting,modifica
4、tion,reviewingandexaminationofthelegaldocumentssuchascontractsandagreementsorpreparinglegaldocumentsthatisneededinthenegotiations;ii.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessoperationoftheclient;iii.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadmi
5、nistrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalegaladvisor,preventingornegatinglegalrisk；v.Helptosetupandorganizefilesoflegaldocumentsandalarmanylegalrisk;vi.Renderlegalconsultancyforbusinessoperationandmanagementofdient;vii.Participateinimportanteconom
6、icactivitiesofclient,offeringallfollowupservicesifnecessary;viii.Providelegaldocumentssuchaslegalopinion,lawyer'sadvice,lawyer'stestimonyandlawyer'sletteretc;ix.Credibilityinvestigationuponrequest:investigationontheentityqualification,businessregistration,legalstatus,trueident
