4、ations,inwhichClientisaparty,andbeconcernedwithdrafting,modification,reviewingandexaminationofthelegaldocumentssuchascontractsandagreementsorpreparinglegaldocumentsthatisneededinthenegotiations;ⅲ.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessopera
5、tionoftheclient;ⅳ.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadministrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalegaladvisor,preventingornegatinglegalrisk；ⅴ.Helptosetupandorganizefilesoflegaldocumentsandalarmanyleg
6、alrisk;ⅵ.Renderlegalconsultancyforbusinessoperationandmanagementofclient;ⅶ.Participateinimportanteconomicactivitiesofclient,offeringallfollowupservicesifnecessary;ⅷ.Providelegaldocumentssuchaslegalopinion,lawyer’sadvice,lawyer’stestimonyandlawyer’slettere
