2、"Thetwopartiesthroughconsultationherebyagreeupon,andshallbeboundby,thefollowingterms:ArticleⅠPartyAwilldesignate【GGG】,asthelawyeremployedbyB,toworkasA'slegalcounsel.【GGG】willprovidelegalassistanceandprotectA'sinterestsvestedbylaw.ArticleⅡPartyB’sscopeofresponsibilityⅰ.Answerquestionsonlegalissuesf

4、cumentsthatisneededinthenegotiations;ⅲ.Provideeconomicandlegalinformationpertaintothebusinessoperationoftheclient;ⅳ.Representtheclientinthelitigationofcriminal,civil,economicandadministrativecases;offerstrategiclegaladviceinlitigationandarbitrationasalegaladvisor,preventingornegatinglegalrisk；ⅴ.He
5、lptosetupandorganizefilesoflegaldocumentsandalarmanylegalrisk;ⅵ.Renderlegalconsultancyforbusinessoperationandmanagementofclient;ⅶ.Participateinimportanteconomicactivitiesofclient,offeringallfollowupservicesifnecessary;ⅷ.Providelegaldocumentssuchaslegalopinion,lawyer’sadvice,lawyer’stestimonyandlaw
6、yer’sletteretc;ⅸ.Credibilityinvestigationuponrequest:investigationontheentityqualification,businessregistration,legalstatus,trueidentity,background,statusquoofbusinessoperationandmanagementandassetsstatusofthecooperationpartnersandclientsofclient;ⅹ．UponClient’srequest,PartyBshouldresearch,gatheran
