2、eng@tju.edu.cn*hux@ecu.eduAbstract:Wereportanovelmethodofdiffractionimagingflowcytometrytomeasureandanalyzesizedistributionofmicrospheres.Anautomatedandrobustimageprocessingsoftwarebasedontheshort-time-Fourier-transformalgorithmhasbeendevelopedtoanalyzethecharacteristicandspatiallyvaryingoscil

3、lationsofsidescattersrecordedasadiffractionimage.Ourresultsdemonstratethatthenewmethodallowsaccurateandrapiddeterminationofsinglemicrospheres’diametersrangingfrom1to100μm.Thecapacityforanalysisoflightscatteringbytwo-sphereaggregateshasbeendemonstratedbutanalyticaltoolsforcharacterizationofaggr
