7、櫴毷*遗传因素对华法林维持剂量的影响＊＊王婷，黄宇虹(天津中医药大学第二附属医院，天津300150)摘要华法林是香豆素类口服抗凝血药，是目前临床上应用于抗凝的首选药物，被广泛应用于预防血栓栓塞，主要用于预防及治疗肺栓塞、深静脉血栓症、冠心病、急性心肌梗死、心脏瓣膜置换术后及心房颤动导致的血栓症。由于个体间的差异比较大，其有效治疗窗较窄，抗凝过度与不足都能引起严重的并发症，容易导致血栓或出血，此问题一直备受医药界关注。本文
