1、包装与食品机械2014年第32卷第3期有机溶剂法提取化州橘叶精油工艺研究张钟，杨宏娟(广东石油化工学院化学与生命科学学院，广东茂名525000)摘要:以化州橘叶为原料，探讨有机溶剂法提取化州橘叶精油的最佳工艺。在单因素基础上选取试验因素与水平，根据中心组合Box-Behnken试验设计原理，采用了3因素3水平的响应面分析方法，以化橘叶精油得率为响应值，依据回归分析确定各个工艺条件的最佳水平。结果表明:化州橘叶精油提取的最佳工艺参数为:溶剂为石油醚;料液比为1∶60;提取时间为2．25h。结果:在最佳条件下，化橘叶精油提取率可达3．05%。此试验得到的化橘叶精油在常温下为橙黄色油状液体，
