1、摘要BSC的医疗服务供应链整体绩效评价指标；基于BSC的公立医院绩效评价指标；基于BSC的门诊部绩效评价指标：基于BSC的住院部绩效评价指标；基于BSC的供应商绩效评价指标。此外，还探讨了如何应用AHP方法对医疗服务供应链绩效进行综合定量评价，不仅阐述了AHP的应用步骤，而且在指标处理上提出将定量指标的数值按照一定的评价标准统一转化为评价分值，以体现管理要求和实现指标处理过程的统一，最后用加权方法给出绩效总评分的计算公式。(5)在理论研究的基础上，以一家大型的公立医院作为案例展开案例研究，主要内容包括：案例背景介绍、医疗服务供应链描述、QFD方法

2、的应用、BSC评价指标的选取、权重计算以及计算结果的分析。本文重点研究了以公立医院为主的医疗服务供应链及其管理的基本原理、过程优化和绩效评价的方法，研究内容对于公立医院通过实施供应链管理提高核心竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。对于QFD和BSC两种方法在医疗服务供应链中的应用有效性还有待进一步检验，论文理论研究的深度和广度也有待进一步加强。关键词：公立医院；医疗服务供应链；QFD(质量功能展开)；BSC(平衡计分卡)AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthemarketeconomyinChina,andespeciallyafte
