3、。江门G公司是一家人力资源服务公司，主要提供劳务派遣、人力资源管理以及劳动关系代理等服务。公司成立的时间还不长，在发展上面临很多的困难，如同行业的竞争，新劳动合同法的影响，公司需要确定未来的发展方向，制定公司的发展战略，以保证企业的发展壮大。本论文以丰富的理论内容，详细的图表数据，从多角度进行研究分析，准确把握行业发展的趋势。首先，运用SWOT模型，分析了企业的优劣势、机会与威胁，综合分析企业的内外部环境，找出适合公司发展的竞争战略。其次，提出了G公司短期内实施成本控制策略，同时优化内部管理，完善制度建设；中长期战略采用差异化竞争策略，全面提升公司的竞争能
