3、物质含量和感官评吸质量的影响.结果表明,定色期和干筋期的风机转速对上部烟叶的外观质量和内在品质的形成有重要作用,适当降低风机转速能够明显提高上部烟叶的烘烤质量,其中以T3处理(干球温度42~47℃时风机转速为1440r·min~,47—6O℃时960r·min~.6O~68℃时720r·min)对烤后上部烟叶外观质量、化学成分协调性和感官评吸质量的改善效果较为突出,显著提高了大部分香气物质的含量,其烤后烟叶香韵好,香气量充足,香气质纯净,刺激性较小,浓度和劲头适中,杂气少,口感好,在一定程度上改善了上部叶的可用性.关键词:密集
