4、olorisbrightafterthetreatmentwithMSCssupernatant.AllvaluesinMSCssupernatantinterventiongroupwereclosedtonormalsalinecontrolgroup.Comparedwithmodelgroup,thedifferencesofrats'weight,pawvolumeandanklecircumferencehadstatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05).ButinL-DMEMculturesolutiontre

5、atmentgroup,thedifferencesofallvaluescomparedwithmodelgroup,hadnostatisticallysignificant(P＞0.05).ConclusionsThetreatmentofMSCssupernatantcanrelievejointswellingofAArats,andhaveaneffecttopreventAA'soccurring.ThemechanismsofactionmaybetherewasSolublefactorssecretedbyMSCsinMSC
