1、华中师范大学硕士学位论文基于一站式服务平台的行政服务中心发展现状及对策研究姓名：蔡颢申请学位级别：硕士专业：行政管理指导教师：费军20080501⑨硕士学位论文MASTER’STHESIS内容摘要随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立与不断完善，与之相适应的行政管理体制改革与创新也在不断深入，各种新的管理形式层出不穷。其中，以集中式、开放式行政许可服务为主要特色的地方行政服务中心最具代表性，部分发展步伐快的行政服务中心更是驶上一站式电子政务的快车道。行政服务中心如何在一站式服务上，提供公众满意的服务，成为政府和学术界共同关注的热门话题。但是，由于行政服务中心是一种主要

2、由基层政府自发的改革尝试，其建设时间并不长，实践探索尚处于初始阶段，理论研究还比较薄弱，面临着从理论到实践的各种难题，这影响了行政服务中心的健康发展。本文正是由此出发，对我国行政服务中心的发展现状进行了分析和研究，指出了行政服务中心面临的问题，通过分析问题的根源，试图从体制、机制、内容、方法等角度为完善行政服务中心的建设提出一些对策建议。全文内容共分4章。第1章主要交代了论文的选题背景与意义，介绍了行政服务机构在国内外的研究现状，并指明了本文研究的突破口和可能的创新之处。第2章主要分析了行政服务中心及一站式服务的基础理论，其中包括其历史沿革与发展、功能及其建设意义
