2、aafterautologousblooddonation. 【KeyL，200mL，共600mL.用全自动血细胞分析仪（法国ABX公司）分别于用药前（3d）,第一次采血前(0d)，第一次采血后(1d),第二次采血前（6d）,第二次采血后（7d）,第二次采血后7d(14d),第二次采血后14d(21d),第二次采血后21d(28d)分别测定网织红细胞（Ret）百分率,血红蛋白（Hb）含量，红细胞压积（Hct），血小板计数（PLT）.为防止试验组使用rhEPO后铁缺乏，在治疗期间常规po铁剂（如：硫酸亚铁300mg，po2～3次・d-1或相同剂量的右旋糖苷
3、铁），为防止用药期间发生静脉血栓，可酌情给予小剂量抗凝药物（如阿司匹林50mg，po，1次・d-1），对照组除不给rhEPO外，其他同治疗组.同时观察不良反应：Ⅰ级治疗过程中出现短时间的反应或并发症；Ⅱ级需要住院或长住院或延长住院时间；Ⅲ级导致永久性损害；Ⅳ级危及生命.出现严重不良反应者，应立即停止试验，此部分患者不计疗效，但统计不良反应. 统计学处理：测定结果采用x±s表示，试验组与对照组比较采用t检验. 2结果 全部研究对象均完成全程观察，无中途不良原因退出，两组间各项参数具有可比性（Tab1). 表2试验组与对照组Ret,Hb和Hct结果（略
