1、摘要随着现代社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,一套科学、合理、有效的人员激励机制体系是正确诱导员工、控制人才外流的前提,利用各种有效的方法来调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工努力的去完成组织的任务,实现组织的目标,是企业在竞争中的不竭之泉。本文从《管理学》的层面切入,在多种激励理论的基础上,以现在真实惠公司人力资源管理的特点为依据,对真实惠公司中人员激励问题进行了研究。本文,以真实惠百货公司为研究对象,针对真实惠百货公司有限公司的现状进行了深入的研究,并分析了其在员工激励方面所
