1、经眉弓-眶上锁孔入路手术治疗前循环动脉瘤的临床效果分（江苏省宜兴市人民医院神经外科214200）（江苏省宜兴市人民医院神经外科214200）【】FI的：探讨经眉弓-眶上锁孔入路手术治疗前循环动脉瘤的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2012年4月〜2015年4月于我院接受经眉弓-眶上锁孔入路手术治疗的40例前循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料，阐述手术方法，分析治疗结果，研究手术适应症及其临床疗效。结果：40例患者均一次手术成功，52个动脉瘤均夹闭，术屮未出现误夹、漏夹情况，术后行颅内血管造影检查，患者载瘤动脉通畅，手术成功率10
2、0%。术后，40例患者屮仅1例并发脑积水，经分流术治疗后痊愈，并发症发病率2.5%。经格拉斯哥预后评分，全部患者治疗优良率92.5%,无重残、死亡病例，详见表1。术后半年随访期间，2例患者颅内感染，经针对性治疗恢复良好，其余患者生存质量基本恢复至动脉瘤并发前，无手术并发症发生。结论：经眉弓-眶上锁孔入路手术治疗前循环动脉瘤，成功率高、并发症少、安全微创，预后良好，值得临床应用。【关键词】眉弓；眶上锁孔入路；前循环动脉瘤；动脉瘤夹闭【】R73【】A【】2095-1752（2015）34-0018-02Theeyeb
