1、海口市市售粮食中铅、镉、镍、格、砷和铜6种元素含量调查云奋赖宣丞吴明明廖凯海南省疾病预防控制中心目的调查分析海门市市售粮食屮铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和铜6种元素的含量,初步建立海口流通市场上各品牌及农贸市场散装粮食污染物数据库,为制定国家卫生标准提供科学依据。方法定点采集了海口市秀英、龙华、琼山、美兰4个区常见大米和小米2个品种,按GB5009.268—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析测定。结果小米中镍含量最高为1.94mg/kg,均值为1.40mg/kg,其余铅、镉、铬、砷和
2、铜含量均未超标;大米中铅含量为0.00175mg/kg°.796mg/kg,均数为0.0577mg/kg;镉含量为0.000750mg/kg0.252mg/kg,均数为0.0668mg/kg;砷含量为0.0593mg/kg0.733mg/kg,均数为0.200mg/kg;铅、镉和砷合格率分别为92.5%、85.0%和94.4%。结论小米中镍含量偏高,大米中铅、镉和砷含量均有一定超标,有关部门应加强对市售大米的监督监测。关键词:粮食;元素;调查;云奋(1983-),女,,主管技师,主要从事理化检验工作。2017-
