2、）Osbeck]和‘国庆1号’温州蜜柑（C.unshiuMarc.）的嫁接嵌合体。采用SSR和CpSSR分子标记分析了‘早红’脐橙的叶片、汁胞、囊瓣壁和白皮层的细胞来源，采用气相色谱（GC）和顶空固相微萃取—气质联用（HS–SPME–GC–MS）的方法测定了‘早红’脐橙及其两个嫁接亲本的可溶性糖和有机酸含量，以及果皮和果肉的香气物质。结果表明，‘早红’脐橙汁胞和囊瓣壁中均含有两个亲本的遗传物质，果肉中的有机酸含量显著低于两个亲本，果皮中的香气物质与‘罗伯逊’脐橙果皮基本一致，但是果肉中的香气物质与两个亲本都不尽相同。关键词：脐橙；嫁接嵌合体；SSR；CpSSR；
