2、rispresented.Theactiveinductorisimplementedbasedonthegyratorstructureanditsnoiseisimprovedbyemployingafeed-forwardpath(FFP).Theoveralllow-noiseperformanceoftheLNAisachievedbycan-cellingtheinductornoisethroughanadditionalFFP.ItisshownthattheproposedLNAcircuitiscapableofachievinglow-n
3、oiseperformancewithwidebandtuningattheinputinasmalldiearea.A0.32-to1-GHzLNAhasbeendesignedandfabricatedinastandard0.18-mCMOStechnology.TheLNAoccupiesadieareaoflessthan0.1mm.Themeasuredresultsshownoisefigureof2.2–2.7dB(2.2–2.4dBfortheUHFband),returnlossofbetterthan10dB(13dBfortheUHFba
