4、arerevealedinbothS.chinensis(P¼88.36%,h¼0.2894,I¼0.4396)andKeywords:S.sphenanthera(P¼84.09%,H¼0.2782,I¼0.4280).However,thepopulationgeneticSchisandrachinensisdifferentiationissignificantlydifferentbetweenthetwospecies.TheS.sphenantheraSchisandrasphenanthe
5、raharborsashighas27%ofthegeneticvariationamongpopulationsbut73%withinpop-Schisandraceaeulations,whereasinS.chinensis17%ofthegeneticvariationoccursamongpopulationsandISSRPopulationgeneticvariation83%withinpopulations.Bothsignificant(P<0.05)heterozygosityex
6、cessandshiftedmodeMedicinalplantofallelefrequencydistributionaredetectedinfouroutofsixpopulationsofS.chinensisandoneoutoffivepopulationsofS.sphenanthera,suggestingtheoccurrenceofrecentpopulationbottlenecksinthetwospecies.Thedifferentpatternsofgeneticvaria
