4、hcommonlyalignwiththem—oftenbyrestingonadifferentgroundsupportingthesamecontent—willalsofigureinthediscussion.Onanyconceptionofrights,moral,legal,ormorenarrowlyinstitutional,theyarethesortsofthingsthatmaybe(amongotherthings)claimed,asserted,respected,violated,andforfeited.Humanrightssuchastherigh
