1、胰胃吻合术和胰肠吻合术应用于胰十二指肠切除术效果比较　　[摘要]目的评价胰胃吻合术与胰肠吻合术应用于胰十二指肠切除术中的临床效果。方法选取2010年4月～2013年3月本院胃肠胰腺外科施行胰十二指肠切除术31例手术患者作为研究对象，根据术中胰腺残端的不同处理方式分为胰肠吻合术和胰胃吻合术两组，其中胰肠吻合术14例，胰胃吻合术17例。对两组患者手术时间、出血量、输血量、胰腺断面质地和术后并发症，包括胰瘘、胆瘘、腹腔出血、呼吸道感染、泌尿道感染、术后死亡的发生率进行比较分析。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、输血量、胰腺断面质地、胰管直径的比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），
